November 3. Moscow. As part of the final “Community” forum, a solemn ceremony was held to present the prize of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation in the field of civic engagement “My project for my country!”

Novosibirsk was represented by a single project – “Sports Place”. Out of 1,200 applications submitted to the competition from all over Russia, the 3 best projects in each category were selected.

Secretary of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Valery Fadeev and organizer of the “Sports Place” project Vladislav Ivanov

“You showed a wonderful result. I'm proud of you for what you do!" - the secretary of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation addressed all participants in the competition.

President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin summed up the results of the annual forum of active people - “Community”.

“Projects like this deserve recognition and support. We will continue to create a favorable environment for the development of the non-profit sector,” the President said.

An exhibition of the laureates' projects was created at the forum.

Vladimir Putin, in his speech at the “Community” forum, highly appreciated the social activities of its participants, emphasizing the scale of the work they do. He also congratulated the winners of the competition “My project for my country!” and expressed the hope that all possible assistance, including from the state, will be provided to implement their ideas.

“It was nice and very interesting to get to know what people do, what you do. Some things are amazing: such good and large-scale work is carried out with small forces and for small funds. I want to congratulate the authors of the projects who will receive well-deserved awards today.

Your successes prove: those who act and strive to join forces to achieve common goals have great opportunities and enormous space for self-realization. Such projects deserve recognition and support. We will continue to create a favorable environment for the development of the non-profit sector.

I would like to draw the attention of my colleagues in the regions of the Russian Federation, governors, regional local authorities - we need to rely on civic activity, together with public chambers, create favorable conditions for this work in social and other spheres. You need to understand people, trust them, then you can do a lot in a small village and in a big city, where residents support the cause, get involved in the work, and offer solutions to problems,” the President emphasized.

“Sports have a place in every child!”
Our project is aimed at providing every special child with the opportunity to play sports, developing new unique areas and creating infrastructure for types of physical activity with a high rehabilitation effect. We promote philanthropy in amateur sports.”

It's very nice to be noticed at such a high level. Recognition of our activities and a laureate diploma are only a small part of what we brought from this forum. We found new ideas, new partners, and outlined a promising strategy. We are inspired by the success and continue to implement our work plans in Novosibirsk, Moscow, Krasnoyarsk Territory and Kemerovo Region.

Not only in Novosibirsk there are many children with serious diagnoses who want to play sports, but throughout the country there are cities where this opportunity does not exist.

We are ready to share our experience and help.

Together we can do more! Join us!
