In order to update or reinstall the ND printing components with PDF417, go to the “Tax and statistical reporting"(menu "Accounting - Regulated reports - Tax and statistical reporting") and use the "Settings" item, you should use the "Settings" menu item. In the window that opens, we find the line “To install components for printing machine-readable forms, click here” - click (Figure 1).

Installing the package may take some time, so let's wait a little. After the message “Installation is complete” appears on the monitor, click the “Close” button (Figure 3).

Now you can print machine-readable forms of regulated tax reports, including the “Property Tax Declaration” and the “Transport Tax Declaration” (Figure 5). This means that the problem with printing declarations has been solved.

Now I’ll tell you how to generate and print tax return forms without the PD417 barcode. To do this, in the form of a regulated report, click on the "Settings" button to open the "Report Settings" window and check the "Allow printing without PD417 barcode" checkbox. Installation and use
During the installation process of Printing ND with PDF417, not only the main printing module will be installed on your computer, but also a package of templates. If for some reason the “Print ND with PDF417” module was not installed or uninstalled, then when you try to print or show a printed declaration form, the program will prompt you to install it.
Clicking on the “Yes” button starts the installation process of the Print ND module with PDF417. There is another way to install this module. In the form “Regulated and financial statements» Click on the “Settings” button. In the form that appears, click on the “Here” link. In the picture it is outlined in a red frame.
The PDF417 module installation wizard form will open.
Activate the radio button “Print ND with PDF417 3.0.29 (package)” and click on the Next button.
By following the assistant's instructions, you can easily install the Print ND module from PDF417. However, it may also happen that the assistant will not be able to install the 2D barcode printing module. In this case, carefully study the system requirements necessary for its successful installation. You may need to install additional software yourself.
From time to time, the Federal Tax Service of Russia changes the PDF417 two-dimensional barcode template. The 1C company includes it in the new releases of 1C Enterprise 8. When you next access the corresponding form of accounting or tax accounting the 1C Enterprise program automatically updates it. This indicates that a user who systematically updates the program will always have up-to-date barcodes.
In practice, situations are also possible when an outdated two-dimensional barcode module is installed in the current version of the 1C Enterprise 8 program. For example, for some reason the user does not want to update the configuration. In this case, you can update it yourself. The resulting archive file modyl_2010.zip unpack and run the file Print ND with PDF417(3.0.29).msi. The name of this file indicates version 3.0.29 of the module, which was current at the time of writing, more precisely as of July 10, 2012.
Before running this file for installation, close all regulated reports in the 1C Enterprise program. By default, the Print ND module with PDF417 is installed in the directory C:\Program Files\y007.ru.
